Shorts/Running pants

 

Your shorts and running tights should be made of light-weight, breathable material that is synthetic. Pick white or light colors and think about their reflective qualities, particularly if you are planning to run at night. Running pants should be tightly fitted around your waist (though, not so much that you can’t breathe) and light-weight. Avoid COTTON. It’s heavy and does not allow your skin to breathe. My favorite running shorts are made by Nike and running pants by LuluLemon
