We all could use a little inspiration every once in a while, particularly when it’s been weeks since your last workout and you’re feeling down and out about your physical capacity. So, here’s your chance to inspire and be inspired. Share your story of triumph, either through a MOTR program or your own volition.

After completing the MOTR program, I managed to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and also ran two half marathons.. one was my best time. The programme definitely gave me the motivation and inspiration to get back in shape and keep running. I also loved Jen’s Wednesday evening track course, it made me realise how important core fitness is. I met other moms who were all there for the same reasons, to get their bodies back!! Thanks Jen
I used Jen as my personal trainer to get back in shape after having two babies within two years. I never thought I’d get my old body back, but I’m there after just 3 months of training! Jen really helped me stay on track with my workouts, both with her and doing them on my own. Plus, she kept the intensity levels appropriate as I progressed. I highly recommend her training skills–she’s great!
