Mothers on the Run creator Jennifer Christgau-Aquino has inspired an inviting, encouraging AND unintimidating setting for moms to get back into shape AND get the tools they need to succeed on their own.
She knows moms are too busy wiping spaghetti sauce off their ceilings and locating matching socks to spend hours at the gym. But that doesn’t mean they can’t regain their pre-baby shape or fitness level. It’s about working smarter and finding the time! Christgau-Aquino is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a running background.
